首先，我國(guó)的保安業(yè)的發(fā)展要加快步驟，要知道，不比不知道，一比嚇一跳，閉起門來(lái)，我們自己看自己的國(guó)家發(fā)展情況，我們會(huì)覺得自己國(guó)家的保安業(yè)可能發(fā)展的還不錯(cuò)，自我感覺良好，可是跟這些國(guó)家一比起來(lái)，可以說是有天壤之別，而且隨著我國(guó)《保安管理?xiàng)l例》和公安部《保安服務(wù)操作規(guī)程和質(zhì)量控制（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）》的出臺(tái)，標(biāo)志著中國(guó)保安業(yè)將進(jìn)入一個(gè)新的歷史發(fā)展時(shí)期。在學(xué)習(xí)的過程中，我們從構(gòu)建平安城市、智慧城市、和諧社會(huì)的角度出發(fā)，把認(rèn)識(shí)改革和發(fā)展保安服務(wù)業(yè)當(dāng)成一個(gè)首要任務(wù)在抓，只有這樣，才能讓企業(yè)能夠健康、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的去發(fā)展。
